Elizabeth "Libby" Tolley

Elizabeth “Libby” Tolley is an American Painter known for her plein air and studio paintings of rural and coastal California. In 2007 her instructional book
“Oil Painter’s Solution Book: Landscapes” was published. Her paintings are included in numerous books and publications. She loves drawing and painting from life as well as in her rural Cayucos studio.
