If you're unable to bring your work in on the designated day and time, contact the gallery and someone will assist you.

REQUIREMENTS TO SHOW:
For all requirements to show please read the Art Gallery General Conspectus linked at the bottom of this page.
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITY:
Along with those requirements in the "How to Submit Your Work" section above, Artists are responsible for the following:
Artists must make sure the artwork can be easily hung from our hanging system. This system includes a single or double wire suspended from a track near the ceiling. This wire has a hook attached that can be moved up or down depending on the size of the piece. Select our Wiring Guidelines PDF (linked below) to see an illustration of how this works. Pieces that are to be hung on the wall must be wired on the back or have a dowel at the top to keep them flush against the wall.
Artists are responsible to sit at the Gallery as a docent during the exhibit they are participating in. If you are unable to fulfill this obligation you can complete the form and pay $20. This fee will go towards paying a Docent Coordinator.
INFORMATION ABOUT SALES:
- Three out of every four entries by an individual artist must be for sale.
- CCA will keep a 30% commission on each piece sold.
- Monies for artwork sold will be mailed to the artist before the end of the following month.

Participate in the Member Artist Showcase
YOU DON'T WANT TO PASS UP THIS OPPORTUNITY!
One of the benefits of being a member with CCA is for artists who would like to have an online portfolio of their work. The Member Artist Showcase is a great venue for artists. Artists can upload an image of self, include a bio of up to 300 words, include 12 works of art, and even include a video. Click the link below to open the Artist Portfolio interface. Type in your email address to verify you are a current member and add your content. You can come back to this same interface at any time to change the content.
This same content will be used to create the Artist Book found in the Gallery for visitors to view.
