How to Submit your work

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WORK ONLINE?

The CCA Gallery new online take-in form can be tricky for those who are not as comfortable with the computer. Below you will find detailed instructions for how to complete this process.


STEP 1

A website link will be made available for the take-in of each exhibit. Select that link and you will be taken to a web page that looks like the following. The information will change for each show and there will be additional text depending on the exhibit criteria.

Type your email address and Submit



STEP 2

The web form will look the same when you submit your email except you will notice your name has shown up. Scroll down to see the full content of the form.

If you do not get to this point, it’s possible you need to update your membership or there is a problem on our end. Feel free to reach out to the Gallery Director with any questions.



STEP 3

Each of your entries should show up on the form. Double check your content to check for accuracy. If you have an error, you can delete the entry and start over. Read the Gallery General Conspectus and go to the next step by selecting the Submit & Pay button.



STEP 4

Content from the original web page will appear. Scroll down to the payment information part of the form.
