Art Submittal Form

Gallery Submittal

If you're interested in participating in one of our Gallery Exhibits, you're in the right place.

This method of submitting art was developed during the pandemic when our Gallery doors were closed. Our first online exhibit was in April, 2020. We will be using this method of submittal for all of our Gallery exhibits moving forward in order to have both a physical presence and an online presence.

The Submittal Tutorial linked to this page will walk you through the process, which includes listing all the specifics about your work, uploading a high quality image of your work and paying the take-in fee. If you have questions about eligibility and requirements, select the General Conspectus button below. Feel free to contact the Gallery Director if you still need assistance.

Note: The most common issue with submitting your work is that the images resolution is too low. The images must be a minimum of 1600px for the shorter dimension.

Exhibition: Irregularity x 2
Dates: November 6 - January 2, 2022
Online Submission Closes: Mon Nov 1 2021 11:59 pm

This exhibit will be in both our virtual and our physical gallery. Space is very limited for member artists. If you are submitting work that is 9 x 12 or smaller, you can submit 2 items. If your work is larger than 9 x 12, you can only submit 1 item for this exhibit.

Submission must be done using our online form between October 29 - November 1. Artwork will then be dropped off by the artist or artist representative on Tuesday, November 2 between 10am and noon. Pick-up for this exhibit is on January 4th. If you plan to be out of town, please make other arrangements for someone to pick up your unsold items. We don't currently have the space to store work.
