Sign Up for Metalsmithing 2 - Prong Setting Workshop
Fee: $110 per attendee

(maximum of 1 ticket per individual membership or maximum of 2 tickets per family membership at member price)

A minimum total of 3 attendees is required for this workshop. If there are not enough participants for this workshop it will be canceled, and fees will be refunded.
Terms: All reservations are final and non-refundable unless canceled by Cambria Center for the Arts (CCA).
This is an intermediate workshop to further advance basic skills learned during Metalsmithing 1. In this workshop students will learn to fabricate a simple prong setting, set a stone within the prongs, then finish their piece.
Due to the current surge in metal prices, we will be working in brass but if you prefer to work in gold filled or sterling silver you can purchase a materials kit HERE. The kit includes everything needed to make a prong set necklace (stone, gf or ss wire, solder, chain and findings).
