I live and paint out in the fresh air of a small California coastal town, along with many other wonderful and talented painters. Painting together allows time to be part of the community and revel in the beauty of the landscape of our area.
Through painting I have developed a way of seeing that is endlessly entertaining. I'm never bored because there is always a new sunrise to notice, a new color within the fog, a spot of sunlight that creates a notable shadow, and on and on.
I feel so lucky to have this never-ending interest in beauty. It makes me happy, and I love sharing my art with others. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I did to create it.
