Online submitting was developed during the Covid pandemic when our Gallery doors were closed. We continue to use this method of submittal in order to have both a physical and an online (virtual) presence.

The Submittal Form is made available on this page, only during the dates of the Online Submittal period. Check for the Online Submittal dates by using the Artist Information link below (then scroll down to find EXHIBIT SCHEDULE - REMAINING SHOWS AND IMPORTANT DATES). Return to this page during that period for access to the form.

The Submittal Tutorial link/button below will walk you through the process, which includes listing all the specifics about your work, uploading a high quality image of your work and paying the take-in fee. 

The General Conspectus (guidelines) link/button below will show you the Gallery requirements for submittals. It will answer questions about eligibility, artwork formats and wiring (for our hanging system). Feel free to contact the Gallery Director if you still need assistance.

Note: The most common issue with submitting your work is that the images resolution is too low. The images must be a minimum of 1600px for the shorter dimension.
