There are multiple ways to contribute to the Arts Ascend campaign and become one of our Milestone Donors. Contact us if you would like to learn more.

Make a one-time gift of cash.  You can always donate a cash gift of any amount. It’s easy to do so online by visiting our website and using a credit or debit card. If you prefer, you can mail a check to Cambria Center for the Arts, PO Box 184, Cambria, CA 93428, or stop by our reception desk.

Commit to a monthly gift. Suggested monthly donations are based on a 30-month giving cycle with automated donations. All donors can access a personal CCA account to change or cancel their automated donations at any time. Donors will have a complementary CCA membership throughout their donation period.

Donate appreciated assets. Giving stock is a simple and powerful way to support the CCA arts programs. It also offers you financial benefits:

• You can easily donate appreciated stocks, bonds, or mutual funds.
• The total value of the stock upon transfer may be tax-deductible.
• There is no obligation to pay any capital gains taxes on the appreciation.

Note: Individual situations vary, so donors should consult their financial advisors. Such donations will be coordinated through our financial advisor at Edward Jones.

Make a qualified charitable contribution from your IRA.  Why consider this type of gift:

• You pay no income taxes on the gift. The transfer generates neither taxable income nor a tax deduction, so you may reduce your annual tax burden.
• Beginning in the year you turn 73, you can use your gift to satisfy all or part of your Required Minimum Distribution.
• Since the gift doesn’t count as income, it can reduce your annual income level. This may help lower Medicare premiums and decrease the amount of Social Security subject to tax.
